S & M Realty ("we," "us," or "our") operates sheenaandmichaelrealtydr.com. This page explains, plainly, what information this website actually collects when you visit or use it, and how it's used. We've kept this specific to what this site really does — not a generic template.
If you fill out the "Request a private valuation" form on our homepage, we collect whatever you enter: your email address, and any message you write. That submission is sent through a third-party form service, Formspree, directly to our inbox. We use it only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell this information, or share it with anyone outside our brokerage.
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad networks. We don't track your browsing behavior across other websites, and we don't build advertising profiles.
The listings page remembers one small preference in your browser — whether you last viewed properties in "Grid" or "List" view — using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and isn't used to identify or track you. It's purely a display convenience, the same category of thing as a browser remembering your last window size.
If you've submitted a valuation request and would like us to delete that information, or you have any question about what we hold, contact us directly at sheena@crestgroupdominicana.com and we'll take care of it.
If we ever add analytics, advertising, or other tracking to this site in the future, we'll update this page to reflect that honestly before doing so.
